Town House in Chilhowie, Virginia, population 1,827. My sous-chef and I were at a bar in Chicago, and after a few drinks we just decided to go. We slept four hours and then drove ten hours straight. It was worth it, right from what looked like a bread basket but was actually this amazing spiced bread dish. The food is phenomenal.
The chef at Next said and did those things.
